WHY AM I LISTENING TO YOU ?

You review the Lead Request and Approve the Lead Request. Once approved, your request is instantly made available to hundreds of providers across the country who are competing to help you.

It is important that realize that only one (1) RELEADX member per service area requested will contact you. We DO NOT allow more than one member access to your contact information at any time. So you will be contacted once by the RELEADX member who is committed to your Request. Once the member commits to your Request, your Request is Exclusively handled by this member.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO USE SOMEONE ELSE ?

You are under no obligation to work with any of our members. We hope you would because we believe our members are the best of breed in the Real Estate and mortgage industries.

HOW DO I GET STARTED ?

The first step is to determine what you need. The site is full of helpful explanations of the many different situations you might be in and how to go about determining what is the best course of action.

Once you have setup an account with us, you can select the group of providers that best match your needs. You can then answer the questions over the internet or you can locate the Agent that is automatically assigned to you when you signed up.

Our experienced Agents work directly with you in answering questions that will pinpoint the specific services you require. These questions are easy to understand and concise in their scope.

The information you provide is accumulated into its own account specifically created for you. Our Agents work with you to fine tune this information so that the correct Real Estate professional can evaluate how best to help you.

Once our Agents have completed working with you, a confirmation email is sent to you. This confirmation gives you access to the information in your account, so you can review the material collected.

After you have reviewed the material, you can then authorize RELEADX to release the request to our Exchange of professionals waiting to work with you. You can also instruct our Agent to do this immediately.

We offer a portion of this information to an ever-growing nationwide channel of real estate service providers who are prepared to work directly with you.
