Real Estate Lead Exchange (RELEADX) owns and/or operates a network of Web sites providing transactional processing for members who have validly signed up for services offered by RELEADX. RELEADX maintains strict quality control to insure the integrity and accuracy of our information.  It is understood that from time to time information can become out of date or change. RELEADX may enhance or merge users' personally identifiable information with data collected from other sources to use in direct or indirect ways to enhance the value of the users information. Sharing of Information
RELEADX does not share or make available any private information to any secondary or third parties without the expressed consent of the user. Consent is based on the valid signup of an account with RELEADX and any information updated or amended by RELEADX or the user during the commission of performing transactions within the context of RELEADX platforms. Furthermore, consent provided to RELEADX is based on the understanding that such private information collected by RELEADX is only collected to perform the service the user has requested RELEADX to deliver. RELEADX may provide personally identifiable data to the extent required by law, to assist state or federal law enforcement agencies, when such agencies provide legal cause when requesting such information.

Exceptions may occur in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets of RELEADX or any of its divisions as a going-concern, or change of control, in which case such data would be considered a business asset and would be transferred subject to the terms of this privacy policy.  Nonetheless, our users will always have the opportunity to choose to opt-out of the RELEADX system.

Opt-out/Unsubscribe Policy
By signing up or registering with RELEADX, users allow RELEADX to make their personally identifiable information available to other RELEADX participants in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy. RELEADX provides users the option to opt-out or terminate their relationship with RELEADX at any time by canceling their account. When such an event occurs, all information collected is restricted from all participants but retained within RELEADX database(s) for archival or historical purposes only.

RELEADX maintains strict security procedures to ensure information will not be made available to any unauthorized person(s) or business without the consent of the user. RELEADX maintains security guidelines to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of information in its database. Access to personally identifiable information is only provided to authorized RELEADX personnel.
