How RELEADX Works for the Provider
There are lots of ways for Real Estate and Financial Professionals to obtain client leads and it is not our interest to discuss them here. Suffice to say, RELEADX has devised a platform that gives these providers a way to optimize their return on investment by zeroing in on leads that stand the best chance for being converted into business.
RELEADX collects information for the purpose of screening individuals who are seeking Real Estate, Credit Repair, Mortgage Refinancing, and Foreclosure Services. Our company has developed and streamlined a contact methodology that is extremely effective in gathering key information that enables a provider to determine if they want to contact an individual looking for service.
Each lead entering the RELEADX platform is assigned a proprietary qualification value that directly determines the price of the lead. So, by being part of RELEADX, you purchase a lead when you want to, as many as you want, at a price that is commensurate with its value.
When you purchase the lead, no other service provider in your industry can connect with the same lead. The lead is assigned to you and it is no longer available to any other participants on the Exchange in your area of service. This level of exclusivity is most important in making the customer feel secure in working with you and in making you feel that you can deliver the best service to the customer.
EXCLUSIVE REGIONS ?

RELEADX does not believe that separating the US into regions that are exclusively controlled by it providers is advisable or beneficial to either the individuals seeking the professional or the professional looking to expand their business.
At RELEADX, you become a member and are given access to any lead available on the Exchange. If you want to control the lead, buy it, work it, close it.
No one at RELEADX will be assigned exclusive access to any lead until the lead is purchased.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN ? Nothing.
There is no charge for becoming a member of RELEADX.
Each provider will go through a screening process before you are given a membership account. If you qualify, the account is established and you are ready to review leads and purchase them.
When you decide you want to purchase a lead, you will be asked to pay for the lead using one of several payment methods.
So you are being charged for the lead, nothing else.
HOW MANY LEADS AM I SUPPOSE TO BUY ?
As many as you want. When you want to. And only for the industry that you are providing services to.
HOW STALE ARE THE LEADS ?
All leads go cold for hundreds of reasons.
RELEADX makes the leads available within minutes of lead verification.
We do this with the individual because we are in direct contact with the individual.
But circumstances change and time is a lead's enemy. This is why we re-process the value of each active lead (and thereby its cost) on a weekly basis.
At all times the date the lead entered the exchange is posted so you can see how old the lead is.
AND IF THE LEAD DOES NOT WORK OUT ?
Like any sales or marketing approach, there is strength in numbers. The more leads you purchase the more likely you will be closing deals. If you expect to close each lead you purchase then you will be disappointed no matter what service you join.
BUT RELEADX is committed to all parts of the transaction. So as part of your membership, RELEADX has introduced a lead return credit policy where we will take the lead back, credit you with a token that can be used when you purchase another lead at a discount.
HOW DO I GET STARTED ?
First, you have to determine what service you plan on offering the customers. Depending on service, you will be required to provide information about yourself and/or your company as part of creating the account.
The information you provide will be part of your profile. Once you have completed the application process, you can request activation of your account.
RELEADX will review and verify the information you provide. If for some reason we need to contact you about your application we will do so via your preferred contact method.
Please remember that the authorization process is setup to ensure the greatest level of quality of service to the customers. So if you are a Credit Repair expert, please do not signup for a Real Estate Broker/Agent account.
The authorization process verifies that professionals are capable of providing the service that the customer is looking for. In most cases, the authorization process takes about 24-48 hours to complete.
Once you have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email to that effect with an expanded list of terms and conditions regarding your activity on RELEADX. You must reply to this email confirmation to activate the account.
Once you have activated your account, you are ready to go to work on finding leads that best suit your business goals.
